We specialize in power yoga practice that will tone and strengthen your body. Each class starts with a warm-up, moves through a sequence of poses, connected by the breath, and finishes with a cool down and Savasana. We additionally offer other yoga styles, including restorative and kundalini yoga to compliment your yoga practice. Beginners and students with injuries are also welcome. Instructors may offer modifications and assistance so all levels feel welcome and supported. INCLUDES: - One-month Unlimited Live Stream Yoga and Zumba Classes via Zoom At Left Coast, we are a beautiful community of misfits. Our community spans all sizes, shapes, colors, and genders. We are working folks: 9 to 5-ers, self-employed peeps, techies, soccer moms, gig workers, waitresses, teachers, and just about everything else you can think of. We have one thing in common: we are lifelong learners of the yoga practice. We have “followed our practice” and it has brought us here. Over the years, our community has grown exponentially and we now offer classes, workshops, retreats, student outreach and more. We Support Caregivers by providing education, social events, support groups and resources designed for the needs of those that care for everyone else! Program is designed to create community engagement opportunities for an inclusive and meaningful social environment for our caregivers and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities by providing social engagement, wellness support, access to the Arts, fitness and lifestyle awareness education.
